When all phases of construction are totally completed, the
planned 1.5 million sq.ft. facility in Freeport will serve as an
import nexus for products that the company distributes to its
international customers, but is also intended as a showroom for
U.S. companies to shop for products from all over the world.

A veteran of the Grocery Industry with more than 45 years of experience in every
area of retail and wholesale, Roy Deffler was chosen by Mr. Cal Miller to run the off
